We manufacture high precision turned component parts, tools and dies from all machinable materials. Available to our team are manual tool-room and engine lathes, second operation and polishing lathes, two to four axis CNC turning centers in sizes from 5C collet-ready spindles to 10” chucks. Some CNC turning centers are equipped live tooling and sub spindle capability and all CNC machines are linked to our off-line programming department. Our typical tolerance is +/-.0005”.
