Induction Brazing

We perform high precision induction silver brazing of both ferrous and non-ferrous metals using various silver alloys and ply-metal fillers. We braze copper, brass, bronze, silver, steel, carbide, cermet, PCD, PCBN and more. We employ a Pillar Cycle-Dyne 12.5kw variable low-frequency solid state induction heating systems as well as traditional torch and furnace methods.
